Welcome to the Kiikiis Multivendor Marketplace

The Kiikiis Multivendor Marketplace plugin is active and your vendor-facing pages are live. This guide covers how to use the marketplace now that it is fully configured.

For Site Administrators

The marketplace is managed from the WordPress admin under the Marketplace menu. From there you can review vendor applications, set commission rates, track payouts, and oversee the overall marketplace health.

• Vendor applications: New vendor registrations are held for admin review. Approve a vendor to grant dashboard access.
• Commissions and payouts: Configure commission rates and monitor payout status from the Marketplace admin area.
• Public shop pages: Each approved vendor receives a public shop page that is automatically available and ready for visitors.

For Vendors

Approved vendors can log in and access the Vendor Dashboard to manage their storefront. The registration and dashboard pages are already published and active on the site.

• Register or log in: Use the live vendor registration page to apply, then log in through the vendor login page once approved.
• Manage products: Add, edit, and publish products from the vendor dashboard. Products will appear on the vendor's public shop page automatically.
• Create coupons: Issue vendor-specific coupons. Each coupon code is automatically prefixed with the vendor ID to avoid conflicts.
• Configure shipping: Set flat rates, additional per-item rates, and shipping zones from the dashboard.
• Process orders: View orders, update fulfillment status, and track earnings and commissions from one place.
• Customize your shop: Upload a banner and brand your public shop page to match your business.

Each shortcode and dashboard screen is connected and ready to use. If a page or feature appears unavailable, confirm that the relevant vendor page is published and that the user has the kiikiis_vendor role assigned.
